  • Monday afternoon after a long day at work, I came in with my 2012 Sonic and only 11,000 miles. I explained to the customer service person, my car sounded like it was going to fall apart. He immediatly said he thought it was my sway bar. There was a recall on on this just recently, but I had not received the recall notice. I thought I needed to make an appointment, but he said it could be fixed within the hour, so I had my oil changed and routine check done. He told me to go in the waiting room and help myself to complimentary snacks and drink.   • I brought in my 2012 Chevy Malibu for a problem w/a SVC. Off button that kept coming on. Bob Johnson replaced the Steering Column. This was covered under the manufacturers warranty, which is great. However, I am concerned that this happened to a one-year old car. I am hoping that this doesn't happen again, especially once it is out of warranty. It would be a costly fix. Read More >>

  • Every thing started out very good until I noticed that there was something all over the front part of the truck, ( hood, fenders, windshield, cab, ). It looked like some over spray from some thing like maybe the paint guard that they put on. They insisted that it was tree sap. I don't think it was because it was not sticky. They did clean it but you think that they would have done the whole truck, but all they did was the front of the truck. I don't think they put the paint guard back on. It doesn't look like it was when I first got it, and it was dirty when I took possesion of the truck. When I took it back the person that sold me the truck he seemed to be bothered with me and my problem with the truck. I really don't need the hassle from them with there attitude.
