Subject: BOJO'S Corvette Owners Support
I just want to send a thank you note to a few of my friends at Bob Johnsons that go out of their way to support Corvette owners and members of the Rochester Corvette Club. I personally have owned four Corvettes. Over the last 6 years the quality service support provided by the members of the Bob Johnsons service department has been above and beyond the service that I have ever experienced at other dealers in the Rochester area. Bob Johnsons quality of service personal is what makes this happen. I know when I call Chris Codd that he will do whatever is humanly possible to come up with a solution to my service needs in a timely manner. I have never experienced this devotion to customer satisfaction at other dealerships. For this reason I started bringing in my wifes CTS Cadillac in to Bob Johnsons for service. We recently traded in our 2008 CTS Cadillac for a LTZ Traverse . I know that when Randy Johnson or some of the other very qualified service technicians are assigned to do the required service that they will take the time to do quality work that is expected by most all Corvette owners. Corvette owners are a fussy group and I have found that Bob Johnsons service department personnel know this and take this into account to make the Corvette owner feel special. The other department personnel that are also worthy of a thank you is Sean Seeley and his parts department who cater to RCC members needs with discounted parts.

My experience with the Service Department has been nothing but 5 Stars. One instance, I was on a Road Trip in Lime Rock, Connecticut. My 1986 Corvette broke down. I took it to GM dealer for repair. They diagnosed the problem as bad fuel injectors. It would take 4-5 days to get parts and repair. This was not going to work. I had another Road Trip planned in less than a week.
I managed to drive my vette back home and immediately took to Bob Johnson Chevrolet. They diagnosed problem as a bad Mass Air Sensor. They overnited the part, had my vehicle the next day at 1/3 the cost of a WRONG Diagnosis. Thank you Bob Johnson!!
